The discussions were designed to capture perspectives on critical areas such as access to resources, institutional support systems, intercultural communication, and the role of administrative staff in implementing DEI policies<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">During the sessions, participants engaged in interactive discussions addressing several core themes, including:<\/span><\/p><ul style=\"text-align: left;\"><li><p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Needs and priorities<\/b><\/span> for supporting migrant and international students<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Toolkit content and themes<\/b><\/span> relevant to administrative staff<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Practical implementation strategies<\/b><\/span> within higher education institutions<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Capacity-building and training needs<\/b><b><\/b><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Impact, evaluation, and long-term sustainability<\/b><span class=\"s1\"> of DEI initiatives<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The methodology adopted for these focus groups emphasized <span class=\"s1\"><b>active participation, open dialogue, and collaborative problem-solving<\/b><\/span>, allowing participants to share experiences, identify gaps, and propose actionable solutions<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Insights gathered from different countries highlighted both common challenges and context-specific issues.
