HEQUITY's work is organized into four work packages, each led by a partner organization and covering a distinct phase of the project.
Oversees overall project coordination, financial and administrative management, partner communication, and risk mitigation.
Conducts research on DEI policies, develops a scientific paper, and creates the HEQUITY DEI Toolkit to support the inclusion of migrant and refugee students.
Organizes international and local training sessions, develops training materials, and builds staff capacity to implement inclusive policies in higher education.
Ensures visibility of project results through the website, newsletters, social media, public events, and a final dissemination conference.
