The HEQUITY Project is structured into four main Work Packages (WPs), each designed to address a specific aspect of the project’s mission to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in higher education. These work packages guide the implementation, coordination, and dissemination of all project activities, ensuring measurable impact and collaborative engagement across partner institutions.
Each WP is led by a designated partner with expertise in that domain, while all partners contribute collaboratively to their successful delivery.
Project Management
Oversees overall project coordination, financial and administrative management, partner communication, and risk mitigation.
Increasing Awareness of DEI Strategies
Conducts research on DEI policies, develops a scientific paper, and creates the HEQUITY DEI Toolkit to support inclusion of migrant and refugee students.
Capacity Building in HEIs
Organizes international and local training sessions, develops educational materials, and builds staff capacity to implement inclusive policies in higher education.
Communication and Dissemination
Ensures visibility of project results through a project website, newsletters, social media, public events, and a final dissemination conference.
